#营养美味早餐食谱#【蔬菜鸡蛋饼】 鸡蛋3枚、小麦面粉50g、小米面4汤匙、绿菜叶100g;辅料:精盐适量、白糖2汤匙。做法:1.菜叶择洗干净。2.把菜叶放入料理机,倒入半杯清水。3.开动料理机,把菜叶打成蔬菜汁。4.小盆里倒入干面粉(50g),浇入蔬菜汁。5.倒入小米面(两汤匙)。6.搅匀成面糊,调入精盐。7.充分搅匀成粘稠的面糊即可。8.碗里磕入鸡蛋(三枚),调入两汤匙白糖。9.倒入两汤匙的小米面,搅成粘稠的鸡蛋糊。10.把鸡蛋糊倒入平底锅,小火煎制。11.一面煎至金黄后翻过来,在鸡蛋饼上舀上蔬菜面糊摊均匀,小火两面煎熟即可。
