里奥是一名来自法国的摄影师、导演和音乐家。里奥的父亲是一名兼职摄影师。在里奥小一些的时候，他使用父亲的胶片机拍照，慢慢摸索着自己的摄影风格。不过，他笑说那时自己的技术“简直糟糕透顶”。
