最近忙 主食买了现成的 泡芙和三明治 沙拉拼盘是重点:生菜 苦苣 西红柿 荷兰豆组成蔬菜部分 三分熟鸡蛋 鲜虾和牛奶提供蛋白质 牛油果的不饱和脂肪酸和干果都是女人的宝贝  烤肠是解馋的 五谷麦片粥每餐必备的 最后水果酸奶杯清爽解暑 早餐 就该什么都有!
