Individual cake "Lilo" (Disney's cartoon "Lilo & Stitch") from my master-class in Almaty. Composition: chocolate-praline sponge cake; mousse with pate de speculoos; jelly with baked pineapple with the caramel-banana sauce. Decoration with cinnamon cookies and chocolate elements.
