艺术盘式,大部分会用到一种元素“红色酱汁”.一般情况下我们都是用树莓熬制。
250克 冷冻树莓(覆盆子)
80克. 砂糖
一小片柠檬皮、柠檬汁5克(一茶勺)
步骤:
1.将冷冻树莓和砂糖、柠檬皮放进厚底锅小火升温至煮开
2.调成小火煮5-8分钟,关火加入柠檬汁
3. 用食品料理机打成酱汁过筛后使用.
