酸汤泡椒肥牛面 *
酸菜切块与姜蒜片花椒泡椒入油锅以中小火煸香,加清鸡汤煮十几分钟。火锅牛肉片以酱油和少许香油和白胡椒腌一下。另取一锅清水煮面,煮好撩入碗中,即刻用煮面水烫牛肉和青菜,烫好铺上面条。酸汤酌量加盐调味,取少许酸菜泡椒放入面碗,倒入清汤,淋几滴香油、花椒油,佐以香菜葱花。
