【港式甜品:糖不甩】原料:糯米粉、清水、红糖、蜂蜜、花生碎。做法:1.糯米粉装盆,加清水搅匀,用手揉成光滑的面团;2.面团搓长分成小剂子并搓成糯米圆子;3.糯米圆子加水煮至浮起后捞出;4.红糖加少量水煮成稠糖汁,把煮熟的糯米圆子都滚上糖汁;5.浇蜂蜜水,撒熟花生碎末。
