做蔓越莓饼干要注意冻在冰箱里一个小时再拿出来切,要不然会软,切不出形。糖不要放太多,大概40克就好。加入一点奶粉,奶香味会更浓,注意黄油不要放多。观察时间,要等到没上色就拿出来,晾凉上色。
