My take on Hi-Hat Cupcakes...affordable decadence, inaguration cupcakes...all wrapped into one :) Chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache, salted caramel (for the new prez), topped with a dark chocolate truffle, coffee meringue and dipped in dark chocolate.....will blog about these very soon..
